Features

E/One's WH101F/WR101F grinder pump station consists of a pump inside an open wetwell tank. The grinder pump, motor controls and level-sensing are integrated into a compact unit, easily removable for service.

The WH101F is the “hardwired,” or “wired,” model where a cable connects the motor controls to the level controls through watertight penetrations.
The WR101F is the “radio frequency identification” (RFID), or “wireless,” model that uses wireless technology to communicate between the level controls and the motor controls.

Solids are ground into fine particles that pass easily through the pump, check valve and small-diameter pipe lines — even objects that are not normally found in sewage, such as plastic, rubber, fiber, wood, etc. The 1-1/4" discharge connection can be adapted to any piping materials that meet local code requirements.

The tank is made of tough corrosion-resistant HDPE. The WH101F/WR101F is a watertight, sealed station that is capable of sustaining a 15-foot flood above the top of the station. This type of flood condition will not affect the continued operation of the pump; the homeowner should rely on uninterrupted service.

The internal check valve assembly, located in the grinder pump, is custom designed for non-clog, trouble-free operation.

The grinder pump is automatically activated and runs for very short periods. Electrical consumption of the grinder pump is low -- a household that uses 250 gallons of water per day should use less than 10 kwhr per month to run the pump. (Actual water and power usage will vary.)

Units are designed to accommodate a wide range of depths; tank height can be adjusted in the field.
