E/One provided a feasible, shallower sewer system that reduced the need for extensive excavation and blasting. The low-pressure sewer gives Toll Brothers the freedom to build anywhere on the lot, removing all constraints found with gravity sewer. This unique approach enabled Toll Brothers to acquire and develop with a light touch on the land by building as close to the natural contour as possible with less earthwork to move, providing significant cost saving relative to traditional gravity sewer.

The consistent success of using E/One led to a Mutual Operational Agreement (MOA) in 2019, designating E/One as a “Preferred Vendor” for Toll Brothers.
